Every Life Counts

AnimalKind tracks the status of every rescue using a nationally recognized standard. The data provides a detailed breakdown of the health and adoption status of every animal in our care.

The save rate, calculated according to a nationally recognized standard, reflects the many options for pets that come to the shelter besides adoption, such as animal transfers and animals who are returned to their owner, found astray, injured and sick. AnimalKind will respond to any rescue situation and will attend any sick, injured and abused cat to give any medical attention and a second chance.

We believe in transparency. Below is data regarding our efforts. Thank you for your support!
